Sir Walter Coffee in Raleigh & Holly Springs

Do you ever have those days where you can’t decide if you need a steaming cup of coffee or a wonderfully crafted cocktail? Well at Sir Walter Coffee - you don’t have to settle for one or the other - you can experience the best of both.

Sir Walter Coffee has a saying called creatively caffeinated. Creative is right! Not only do they master all of the coffee drinks you could possibly ever want to try, they also have creative cocktails with coffee-house inspirations. Take their Yabba Dabba Brew for example. It’s a fruity pebble infused latte. What a way to wake up - your grown up taste of coffee mixed with your childhood favorite cereal…

Their coffee cocktails are truly the highlight of the show. The classic espresso martini is amazing and then their selection of coffee-inspired cocktails sets them apart from every other coffee shop out there. You won’t find this menu at Starbucks! And for you wine lovers out there… Wine Down Wednesdays are for you! They serve a selection of wine at 50% off. They also have a variety of cocktails and drinks that don’t include coffee like their tasty Mezcal Pom Margarita.

Sir Walter Coffee keeps the fun alive with events including a latte art class! I’ve always wondered how baristas make such beautiful coffee art with milk. If you’re curious too, you should look out for their next latte art class.

Those who know me know I’m a foodie at heart! I love off-the-beaten-path restaurants that serve up unique and inspired tastes. Sir Walter Coffee offers the typical breakfasts we all know and love, like their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, but then they also have a creative menu that boasts varieties worthy of a visit.

Let’s start w/ their salmon toast. First of all, it’s on a boulted sesame bun - delicious! It has ricotta, pickles, capers, and who can forget the tasty smoked salmon? They also have a unique twist on their avocado toast which is also on boulted bread with everything bagel seasoning.

I’ve got to keep going on their toast because it’s amazing… They have berry toast loaded with fruits, honey ricotta , basil, and balsamic glaze. They even have Banana pudding toast that’s loaded with honey ricotta, sliced bananas, cinnamon brown sugar, and crushed nilla wafers. O.M.G!

Sir Walter Coffee has a location in Holly Springs called Sir Walter Coffee + Kitchen. By day, it’s the wonderful shop and cafe we all know and love. But by night - it becomes a full restaurant and bar with food so delicious, I couldn’t even begin to describe it! Pictures only tell half the story; you’ll need to pay them a visit to experience the flavor!

There’s a reason that Sir Walter Coffee and Sir Walter Coffee + Kitchen are so popular. Actually, there are a lot of reasons but until you go try them out, you just won’t understand why us locals love them so much. Take a foodie’s word for it… I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and that you’ll show them A Little Local Love
