Level7 Rooftop Bar in Raleigh

Imagine sitting at a unique rooftop bar situated in the beautiful North Hills area with picturesque views. Imagine sipping on a handcrafted cocktail while you take in the smell of the European-inspired tapas style appetizers. You get the feeling that you’re somewhere special, someplace exclusive, someplace worth more than a simple instagram story. You’ve arrived where you knew you always belonged - at a unique rooftop lounge made to make you feel like you’re living out your Carrie-inspired dreams in the big city without leaving wonderful NC.

I love North Carolina and I love being near Raleigh that offers so many unique experiences and adventures. We get the perfect blend of the city feel and in the outskirts, we have our good old fashioned southern living. We truly do have the best of both worlds. Whenever I’m feeling in the mood to get a little dressed up and seek out the high-living city life vibe, I head to Level7. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out… but not for long because by the time you’re done reading this, you’ll be calling up your friends and making your plans for the night!

Let’s start with their drinks. You can never go wrong with a cocktail and theirs are truly unique. I like their Grapefruit Spritz and their Blood Orange Martini. If you’re a whiskey fan, try out their Bourborange - it has premium whiskey, Citrus St-Germain, and Orange Liquor.

I love me a Moscow Mule but their take on it is unique and worth a try! The Pecan Mule contains pecan syrup in addition to the typical ginger beer - it seems like an unusual pairing but it’s actually delicious! They have such a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. I like trying something new every time!

Their tapas-style treats are mouthwatering. With Charcuterie being all the rage, they offer a Meat & Cheese board where you can choose unique and unexpected options like Black Truffle Salami and Fig and Honey Goat Cheese. This makes for a great place to take clients and coworkers for an after-work meat and cheese sampler with a glass of wine.

Churros anyone? Who doesn’t love churros? They make theirs with chocolate which my sweet tooth appreciates! I also love their Cannolis and Macaroons! Yumm!  But if you really want to go all out on dessert, then try their Chef's Bread Pudding that comes with Salted Caramel Dulce de Leche Gelato.

I know, I skipped the meal and went straight into talking about the desserts so let me circle back. Hands down the best place to find delicious and noteworthy appetizers is at Level7. Oh. My. Gosh! They have Pesto Chicken Flatbread, Rigatoni, Meatballs, and so much more! They even have Citrus Rock Shrimp with avocado, radish, jicama slaw, cilantro, and honey creme fraiche.

I like their Crispy Potatoes - they come with herbs, smoked paprika, and fennel pollen roasted garlic aioli. Their Avocado Toast comes with feta, basil, olive oil, and cracked pepper. If you’re going to stop by Level7 for a quick bite and drink with some friends, don’t leave without trying their Lux Tots. They come with black truffles, fontina, bacon, scallions, and creme fraiche.

As much as I could go on and on about their menu, their big selling point is their atmosphere. They aren’t a typical bar and they’re definitely not a typical lounge. They have a way of making you feel on top of the world, and not just because you’re on a rooftop! Haha. There’s something about experiencing the finer things in life and Level7 Rooftop Bar in Raleigh is one of the finer things in North Carolina. Take a date, take a friend, or just take yourself to Level 7 Rooftop Bar and show them A Little Local Love! You won’t regret it!
