Happy Spot in Garner
One of our agents, Elizabeth, recently visited Happy Spot in Garner - a new local business that recently had their grand opening. Elizabeth called me to rave about it. She said when you walk inside, the owners treat you like family. They both have the kindest smiles and they are passionate about what they do. She went on about how delicious everything is. Obviously I was intrigued so I decided to find out more about this new local hot spot and help spread the word.
I quickly found their Facebook and Instagram (@happyspot.nc) and read all about them…
“Welcome to @happyspot.nc — We're a small business that strives to give people the chance to enjoy a healthy meal replacement while having the ability to fulfill their cravings.
Our entire menu is high in protein and extremely low in sugar. We provide a variety of nutritious foods including protein donuts, waffles, Energizing drinks, coffees, smoothies, and bowls. Upon request, we can add collagen, fiber, probiotics, prolessa which is our fat burner, immune system boosters, & so much more. Healthy food can taste great, we can prove that. “
Elizabeth said they have so many amazing flavors for shakes and teas but for the teas, Boss Babe is her favorite. She said it tastes like a gourmet candy but has collagen and tons of vitamins and immune boosters. For the protein shakes, her favorites are Cookies n Cream and Cinnamon Toast crunch. She said it’s like you’re eating a healthy shake but it tastes like dessert. I would say so based on these mouth-watering photos!
Not only do they have teas and shakes, but Elizabeth went on about their donuts and waffles. I found out more about them on their FB page. “Our protein waffles are a full meal with about 30g of protein- low in carbs, low in sugar, fiber & probiotic for your digestive system in it.” Even their protein donuts have about 30 grams of protein and they’re also very low in sugar, carbs, and fat.
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be hard when you head to Happy Spot in Garner. The owners are passionate about helping people eat healthy, tasty meals. I cannot wait to stop by and pick out one of their fantastic flavors. Make sure you check them out and indulge in a guilt-free treat and show them a Little Local Love!
